I took a chance and came in expecting to pay about $25 total for a haircut. Maybe a little less, because of Sports Clips military discount. Due to having never been to that location before, the barber told me I'd get the "MVP" package for free. It was also "customer appreciation month" which meant I get an extra hot or cold towel for free? I never quite figured out what that particular offering was about. I told the barber not to blend my sideburns, because I'd be shaving my beard later that day. However after the barber began trimming my sideburns, they went ahead and started shaving off my beard. I wasn't too heartbroken; as I said I'd shave it off later. But then again, I said that I alone would shave it off later. The haircut was pretty good, and the barber was otherwise a nice person. The wash and rinse part of the MVP was nice, because otherwise you have to deal with clippings stabbing you in the collar and resting on your eyebrows. The massage, hot towels, and sports in general, I dont really care for. Anyway, at the register, the barber rang up 20 for the haircut, -2 for military discount, + 5 for the shave, -5 for some discount (maybe the customer appreciation discount?) +7 for a tip. I wanted to tip 6, but there was only an option for 5 or 7 on the touchpad. The total came out to $32. I'm guessing whatever the $5 discount was, was not applied, and I got charged for the beard trim that I didn't want. I acknowledge I could have debated these prices, but I find if I'm having to debate at all, my time is better spent choosing a different establishment. Anyway, my expectation of getting a straightforward haircut for no more than $25 didn't pan out. I see Sports Clips is trying to add some flare to the haircut experience, but I'd much rather get a good 10-minute cut from an attentive barber, with a shot of scotch for $20 and dispense with the gimmickery and deals.

First time at this location. Been a loyal Sportsclips customer for a while now. I specifically requested my ears and eyebrows to be trimmed. Didn?t happen. I felt the shampoo and head/face massage was rushed. I?ve had worse service before, but I was disappointed.
